Quiet hotel and comfortable beds, perfect base for Loire excursions
Easy to find Good parking Easy check in and out Good beds Clean Quiet Incredible view down over Amboise (from our room on 1st floor at least) Comfortable bar Nice view from restaurant Highly recommend as a base if you have a car and are planning excursions around Loire valley (just ask for a room above ground level)
Distance from town center, about 30 minutes by foot, if you intend on taking strolls into town in the evening and want to have a drink or two Obvious smell of mold/dampness on ground floor (didn´t bother me though as no trace of it on 1st floor)

Access to the tennis court / basketball court / out door gym was so overgrown my child fell over twice because of all the overgrown bushes also it’s very steep walking past all of the bushes
